Shipping for caster cups to Canada is $17.95 via US priority airmail (which is cheaper than UPS/FedEx). Select the "Canada Shipping" option on the shopping cart checkout menu after selecting your caster cups. For non-caster cup piano accessories, please email for a quote.

Shipping methods:
Caster cups are shipped via the USPS, priority mail. You should expect your product in 3-7 days. Piano lamps, metronomes and other music supplies are shipped via fed ex or UPS.

Return Policy
Products may be returned in new and re-sellable condition within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, minus a 10% restocking fee to help cover original shipping costs.
